Your plan only caters for more of the same type of business. To assume all business wants to be located in industrial parks, away from transport links, away from its client base is absurd, and narrow minded. You want to encourage a skilled workforce to the area you need to create the environments that these business want. I, for one, would not work in an industrial park.
