demolitishing Mill Hall and building homes in our conservation area which will desecrate an outstanding area do not seem to match with the vision you describe. Nor does the building of flats around the Barringtons both it seems to finance plush new offices which given covid will probably be a white elephant and certainly won't be to be benefit of Rayleigh people I strongly oppose not respecting our town.
