I should like to give particularly strong support to Strategic Objective 21 in ensuring our ‘Green Belt continues to serve its five purposes, in particular retaining the openness of the area, protecting valued landscapes….. retaining the physical separation between our towns and villages’. If this objective is followed then the farmland which is marked for potential development on your map Fig.45, in particular Area CFS261, clearly should be disregarded.
