No improvement to the local infrastructure ever appears in these developments.
Rochford district has had more than its fair share of development in recent years, enough is enough!
The local roads are choked with traffic already, any more houses and there will be gridlock every day.
We should not be covering valuable farmland with houses then importing food and incurring food miles.
