I do not agree with your vision, I think it is unnecessary and greedy. There is already an issue with infrastructure in the area, lack of schools, doctors, roads etc are not being maintained in line with your current builds. The area cannot support this and an increase in homes will also have a detrimental effect on values of homes in areas such as Hockley.
