Given RDC's objectives15 and 16 why are they hell bent on building yet more houses on the Civic Suite and demolishing the Mill Hall which is the areas only multi purpose space equipped for theatre/arts/dance/fitness and community purposes and replacing it with a much smaller hall not fit for purpose. RDC are in effect reducing not protecting cultural facilities in the district. Both of these sites are in a CONSERVATION area.
