I see appeasement instead of council initiative.
Yes we have to build homes, but do we have to hand easy profits to developers. Do they have to have the best of our green spaces. Eg parcel CFS190.
There should be a greater element of competition and communities to judge which is the most worthy plan for large developments.
Criteria the greatest sustainable benefit to the community. Eg green initiatives, carbon neutral, community modelling.
