As we come out of covid restrictions, some organisations are looking to take advantage of the acceleration of video conferencing and collaboration technologies by introducing hybrid working patterns. Should residents of the district who commute to London work for companies that encourage work from home days, the district could benefit from offering 'hub' offices in urban centres that take advantage of additional week day footfall decreased out-commuting could present.
