In order to reduce the amount of unauthorised pitches, the new local plan needs to correct the current situation of having no authorised sites due to the failure to deliver the Michelin Farm site.
My desired approach would be to provide one or two medium / large sites, close to main roads, outside of heavily urbanised areas to meet the needs of the whole district.
