MUCH emphasis needs to be made on the potential flood risk and poor infrastructure now - roads are congested and poorly maintained now, and yet i see local farmland appears to be possible redevelopment for housing? The internet coverage is rubbish at my house, fibre broadband through telephone wires - local roads subject to flood (fluvial and tidal) and roads simply not sufficient . Not enough doctors and yet you seem keen to bring even more residents in
