shouldn't the council be looking at providing free services to children, any 3G pitch built in the area would obviously cost money to book. Why not provide multiple cheaper pitches around the area to provide free access to children. Having moved out to the area from London 11 years ago I have found the amount of free/cheap sporting services extremely disappointing e.g. lack of tennis courts, 5 a side pitches
