I do not agree with you vision because,
The infrastructure cannot support what buildings we have now, let alone with more buildings planed.
Affordable housing is needed, not £400.000 plus houses which would be out of reach for many people.
An elderly population, who when they pass away will leave many properties available for sale.
A need for smaller properties for people to downsize.
The routes in and out of Hullbridge are cut off when an incident occurs, (accident of bad weather) and buses are unable to get into Hullbridge.
No School provision for senior children in Hullbridge.
