I don't believe that the infrastructure can support the houses that have already been approved let alone new houses. We live in a high flood area that will get worse with the new building projects. On top of that there is already a huge risk of traffic jams when something as simple as Watery lane is shut for servicing with our current housing. This is getting ridiculous.
