I do not agree with lots more of smaller developments for Rochford district. We have already been over developed in many areas with little or no infrastructure put in place to cope with the additional needs all the extra people and their cars require. I believe that a new significant larger development should be sought instead. The creation of a small town similar to what was done years ago creating South Woodham Ferrers, would answer all the areas housing needs much better.
