I do not consider that you are looking at the housing needs of your current residents. You need bungalows for the elderly and cheap apartments for first time buyers and I haven't seen plans for either so far. I do not agree with building 1,000 larger homes in order to deliver 10% (100) affordable ones. We do not need larger homes in Rochford. The only people who are homeless are council tenants and the young living at home. Neither of these groups require large expensive houses.
