Your vision is a contradiction. The green and pleasant place will soon be replaced with overpriced housing which none will go to local people but instead attract people from overflowing London and the trouble that brings.

We need to protect our current green and farming land. The housing developments will soon mean yourself and Southend council bulldozing a dual carriageway through the town.
