A Primary Care Centre on the periphery of Rayleigh seems ridiculous. I feel that a Primary Care Centre would be better sited in Rayleigh, which would make it easily accessible to more people. The vacant land opposite the cemetery in
Hockley Road, which must be brown field as years ago it contained houses, would be suitable. Alternatively, expansion at Audley Mills Surgery could be achieved by demolishing the building to the west of it.Adjacent parking is available.
A PCC on the western fringes of Rayleigh would be inconvenient and add to the already vast traffic load.
