It is completely intolerable that these Core Strategy Options have not been individually communicated to all residents by personalised mail.
I gather that mention was made in a local paper but I will guarantee that most residents did not pick up on the significance of the article even if they happened to read said paper. There are many such papers distributed and most are classified as junk.
I only learned of these proposals from a diligent neighbour.
A very short deadline is entirely inappropriate. This MUST be frozen and extended and every resident individually notified to THEN invite full response.
