This 'consultation' is meaningless given the absence of any detailed information on the number of homes required i.e. if we need another 100 hundred homes then the solution will be different than a requirement for, say, 10,000 homes. Residents need more information before they can sensibly comment.
Once a better idea of scale is established, the first stage of consultation should be on the type of development required e.g. either a small, scatter-gun approach , like the existing plan, (that prevents economies of
scale) or one or two large scale developments, which would enable appropriate infrastructure development.
