I attended a meeting hosted by hockley resident association last thursday and was alarmed at what i heard and the slating o f rochford dc and there planning local plan , this agro group they call themselves are nothing but a load of incompetent members of the general public that no nothing in depth about local planning strategies.
with references coming from some members of this group that they can lodge people in high places i found very unprofessional . This group should leave this to the professionals who know about planning and issues with infrastructure that go hand in hand with the very needed development that our children will require in the very near future.
I can conclude that i am in full support for rochford council and there district plan and i can only urge local residents to ignore these people as this is a case for im alright jack pull up the ladder (or dare i say it a load of nimbys).
