I object to more local developments having lived in this area 43years I have seen few improvements but many disasters in the development of the local area.
Too many houses built so that the infrastructure cannot cope and now takes 20mins to travel a couple miles, roads are gridlocked all the time. Air quality is declining and the type of housing being built are Luxury 5/6 bed homes that line developers pockets are not required but 1/2/3 bed homes for younger families to afford are needed. The a127 is the main network in this area and if that goes down the area is gridlocked.
