In the light of the negative effects of building in anywhere near the numbers quoted in the plan, it does not appear that any sensible sustainability impact assessment have been made.
Building in such numbers in this area would be environmentally disastrous in any category. The impact would be such as to give the council a reputation for completely disregarding the welfare of its residents.
