There has been no accurate and viable consideration of the sustainability of this plan.
ECC don't have the funds for the necessary infrastructure. The current roads can't cope now, and certainly not with propsoed growth; NHS services are struggling now - our hospital was in trouble over Christmas and New Year. Areas all over the district are at risk of flooding. Utilities have no proposals for capacity increase. Schools are full. Public transport already insufficient in some areas and trains at more or less full capacity at peak times.
