The additional possible areas for housing development in Great Wakering shown in your Issues and Options document will add unbearable and unsustainable strain on existing infrastructure such as Doctors, schools, young peoples services and communications/road access. The lack of Section 106 contributions to the local area infrastructure from recent major new developments in Great Wakering has been pitiful and completely fails to acknowledge and respond to local concerns - this has escalated the opposition of residents to any further housing development in what is already a crowded and access poor community.
