How do we protect current shops and amenities in Hullbridge? This is a small settlement and people have to travel to outlying towns to complete most of their purchases. Additional inhabitants would put a strain on existing shops/businesses and there is no additional parking available. A number of shops have closed down/remain empty within the village as have not been the right sort of business and/or residents continue to travel further afield to make purchases.
