Representation Summary:

In respect of the willingness to regenerate a falling biodiversity of wildlife within the district in scope and numerically per species, I propose a referral to this paragraph 10:29 when developers insist on demolishing a property considered brownfield but is of significant merit to provide a wildlife habitat in the estate upon which it is built. Evidence of such development can be cited in the area of Rayleigh on Daws Heath Road, whereby a developer has instructions to build 5 houses on an eighth hectare, thus displacing hedgerows, trees and other habitats considered vital for bird and insect populations. RSVP
