i live in the Great Wakering area, which is a green belt area, with many fields and open land.with ref to MAP Q Land, CFS057, CFS097, CFS034, CFS056, CFS070, CFS065. Development on a large scale on this land would have a major impact on the local enviroment,polution, and a major impact on the increased road use which are small country lanes and roads in the main surrounding these developments.
it would also impact the traffic on the surrounding community, the current infrastructure could not cope. my main reason to move to this area was to be surrounded by fields not new housing developments. The use of green belt land should not be considered when there are better areas available for larger developments.
