Parking issues.
The cost and accessibility restrict the enjoyment of facilities in Town Centres , the draw of free parking outside of the district denies resource locally and again adds to further congestion on our inadequate infrastructure . The government promised a levy on free parking ,that levy should help to forgo some of the excess parking charges in town centres so not reducing income to local government .
