A full size junction will be required somewhere on this extremely busy road to accommodate the huge extra volume of traffic likely to be generated by this town on the edge of our town. A junction should be required to be funded by the developer prior to any building being commenced possibly at the junction with Little Wheatley Chase and the new garage/supermarket now being discussed to the North side of London Road. Perhaps a section106 requirement could also be made for improvement to the London Road /Down Hall Road junction that will suffer further increases in traffic movement.
