49 dwellings is too vast because (1)not in keeping with the current Canewdon village layout, (2)the area is too close to the conservation area & Church & (3)this density of housing will not be in keeping with the Council's original planning report.The houses will be small & crammed.Although brown belt land,currently only 2 bungalows which is completely different to 49 houses.Also the bungalows gardens are home to much wildlife including hedgehogs,foxes and numerous birds which will be destroyed.Please think about the rural locality & the damage this would cause & not about the quota of housing you have to fulfil.

49 dwellings is too vast because (1) it is not in keeping with the current layout of Canewdon which is a quaint rural village, (2) the area is too close to the conservation area and the Church and (3) this density of housing will not be in keeping with the Council's original planning report.The houses will be small and crammed. Although it's brown belt land, there are only 2 bungalows currently there which is completely different to 49 houses. Also the gardens of the bungalows are home to much wildlife including hedgehogs, foxes and numerous birds which will be destroyed. Please think about the rural locality and the damage that could be done and not about the quota of housing you have to fulfil.
