The noise pollution & air quality pollution currently over Leigh is too much already without extending the runway even more to include more flights from bigger aircraft this is unacceptable.You know this will happen as the airport will be forced to introduce a property purchase,noise insulation scheme + repairs to roofs damaged by Air vortex.The extra jobs for the area is totally pie in the sky.We,i believe,were told right at the beginning ,that there would be 10,000 jobs related to the new airport.Wrong. The council appear to be swept along with the tide for their own self grandisement.
