Why do we need even more Business Units ? The traffic congestion has not been considered. The well intention wording has no obligation on JAAP to deliver to their policy. If heavy mechanical industrial would make them more money, JAAP would have no morals in taking that option and totally disregarding the policy to the detriment of local residents.
