Until the infrastructure of the whole area is looked at and where required updated and implimented, no further mass injection of housing in Hockley should be considered.
The "Once in a hundred year" occasions of the past 12 months have shown what happens if the systems are overstretched and give an indication of what would happen if there was a sudden expansion of the population via additional housing.
For once can we have infrastructure ahead of development not the other way round shown to be at our cost.
