As noted previously, I believe the principles underlining the plan should be to discourage lots of large national retailers from coming to the village. Under delivery options the bullet points relating to minimum retail unit size should be changed and a limit of only one or two units above a maximum size allowed. Also as office space would need to be pre-guaranteed, some more flexible types of building should be proposed.
