Adequate habital floorspace is all very well for those of us who are able bodied what happens when there is a need to use a wheelchair then non of these floorspaces are adequate; what proportion of developments are going to be made with larger habitable floorspace to accomodate the needs of those less fortunate to be able to live independently. I don't see anything in any LDF documents or strategies that take these needs into account.
