No, aircraft industry will experiance slowdown as fuel prices icrease and people opt for british holidays instead. Should look at developing area for people visiting instead (i.e. improvement in transport system).
Investors will be put off by the limited potential to improve surrounding transport network. Feel that people will be reluctant to take inscentives for modal shift.
