Car Parking facilities for each dwelling needs to be considered in this document. Today many dwellings that accomodate 2 people have 2 cars. Hence many cars are parked on the roads, particularly on estates where road widths are very narrow. Many 3 Bedroom houses have a growing family, and we are now seeing 4 cars associated with one house. Would it not be reasonable to build new houses with reasonable car parking space depending on number of bedrooms. ie 3 Bedroom 2 on site car parking, 4 Bedroom 3 onsite car parking.
