Individual developments seem to be covered, but none of the developments currently planned have been integrated to see what the overall affects of individual developments are on the infrastructure. We need a one study completed to consider all proposed developments and there total impact on the infrastructure, from Roads to Doctors, Dentists, Leisure facilities, Parking etc etc.
