The DPD for the site in Hullbridge near Watery Lane is in our opinion entirely unsuitable for building of residential homes. The area is extremely susceptible to flooding after 1-2 hours of rain. In the last two weeks Watery Lane has been closed more often than open and was shown in the BBC1 News recently when cars were submerged and abandoned by owners
