Agree that east of Websters Way along Eastwood Road is an area peripheral to the core area and also south of Eastwood Road towards Police Station and beyond. Exits to car parks do not encourage movement towards these areas. The entrance to the High Road (by back of Iceland store) needs to be better advertised (similar to the welcome sign from the main Webster Way car park). It may be better to have access to Castle Road car park from the current exit (the current entrance used as the exit) to encourage more use of the upper High Road area.
