Rayleigh Town Centre - Area Action Plans
The area has a very nice feel to it and I personally would not want to see too many changes. I use the shops regularly believing in shopping locally when I can. Rayleigh still has some originality to it (although we have seen a few independent shops shut) that would be lost if the area was changed to be like other 'clone' like shopping areas.
Obviously, I am not against change altogether but I think whatever changes are made do not affect the individuality of the High Street.
