This is an UNSOUND Statement. Development of Rawreth will not reduce the reliance on the private car because it is too remote from principal towns and schools. Public transport is poor and infrequent. Bus companies keep saying it is not commercially viable.

2, "The Council will work with the Highways Authority to deliver online improvements to the east to west road network".
Rawreth Lane forms part of the East to West road network but has no mention in T2 - Highway Improvements. This road already suffers severe congestion at commuter and school run periods. Regular grid lock happens now and will only get worse if a massive development, linked to Rawreth Lane, is approved.
This is also UNSOUND as Rawreth Lane is not identified as part of theEast to West road network
