1. What does it matter if the shops in the village are misaligned?

2. Will the schools, dental and doctor practices be able to cope with the influx of new people?

3. A town centre green will encourage youths from outside Hockley to congregate here and cause trouble.

4. There are empty shops in the village at the moment what is going to change this? Just because there are more premises doesn't mean more takers.

5. Police coverage is not too great now, so what would be the expected response time to an incident in the village?

6. What would be the expected response time when the fire brigade is called?

7. The introduction of a central health centre could involve old people having to travel further to see a doctor.

8. The bus service is absolutely appalling at the moment. Will this change with even more old people (old people seem to be a drain on the bus company's finances) possibly having to catch a bus to visit a doctor due to the fact that doctors will be situated in a more centralised area?

Last but not least people opted to live in a village not a town.
