Vehicular accesses required.
Multiple listed buildings within close proximity.

Whilst understanding the need for suitable areas for new housing purposes, Paglesham Parish Council are opposed to the following sites put forward in the Paglesham Parish Council area:
i CFS090: Land South of Paglesham Road, Paglesham East End SS4 2E
The Paglesham Parish Council are opposed because of the following:
A Greenfield and Greenbelt area consisting of grassed land (0.36 Ha).
Constraints: SLA
Flood Risk: Zone 3 = 0.36 Ha.
Two TPOs in site boundary.
Close proximity to four listed buildings
The site falls within the Paglesham East End Conservation Area.
The site falls within the Policy S8 of the Essex Mineral Plan
The site is located in the Metropolitan Green Belt and Coastal Protection Belt.
Not suitable as Employment Development potential
Has poor access to local services.
The site appraisal (CFS090) considers it unsuitable for residential development.
ii CFS122: Land North of Paglesham Road, West of Waterside Road, Paglesham East End SS4 2EQ.
