Representation ID: 39634

Received: 22/09/2021

Respondent: None

Representation Summary:

I disagree which the large number of house building proposed in the area and in particular the demolition of the Mill hall and“Barringtons” Council suite in Rayleigh and any housing being built in this part of Rayleigh. With Rayleigh having the largest, potentially, increasing population I feel there will be a need for this sized hall for musical events, exhibitions, club events, community, exercise and education sessions for all ages and large meetings or celebrations. This conservation area around Trinity church, the Mill, the Hall and Barringtons provide a visual focal point for our Town and housing is inappropriate.
