I own [REDACTED - personal details] and I have never put this plot up for development and do not intend to - I consider its inclusion an unfortunate error - this site is not developable or deliverable or achievable in the long term. In addition a substantial part is green belt and liable for flooding and would increase flood risk in the local area.
