Concerned about loophole allowing developers to increase dwellings by further 5% over allocations per site.
Regarding post 2021 `saved sites` although provision is made for these sites to come forward early to meet 5 year supply of land the danger is that developers will try and make a case for early release. Also provision is made for an increase of up to 5% dwellings per site. Developers will take advantage of this clause and it will become the norm. South East Ashingdon, which is in Rochford, 500 dwellings between The Drive and Oxford Road, Hawkwell Parish Council would question the wisdom of another two access/egress points on to the Ashingdon Road. This will have an impact on Hawkwell Parish.
