i agree on all issues because the overall attractiveness of the town will be enhanced
and more viable for people of different abiilities and backgrounds

the high option seems to be the one more in-line with re-generstion and improvements without destroying the local surroundings
especially as regards the current parking scheme .

yes , i believe this would add to the overall improvement of the area
and be more catching to the eye as apposed to the grey walled urban look that has been dominating other council shopping centres
