My parents and I own Foundry Business Park. We have not been directly consulted about the CSP or HAAP and object. In the past six years we have already carried out extensive redevelopment of this site. We have built 24 flats and two substantial office buildings and have 20 small businesses we rent commercial units to. Some have been our tenants for 25years. These businesses are run by local people for the local community. We wish to further enhance the premises we have to allow these businesses to remain where they are, not sited miles away in a remote place.
