Where are the proposed new employees going to live, are jobs going to be given to residents of Rochford and Southend District and if so how will it be governed. If jobs are not restricted to residents of the Districts what will the effect be on traffic and housing in the Districts, will this have some impact on the Core Strategy and will it be taken into account when deciding sites and what infrastructure is needed.
